Alaska fish is good food. We enjoy clean waters, and a near
absence of the pollution that fouls the waters of other parts of the
continent and elsewhere in the world. And, we have a wide variety of
fish and shellfish.
Happily the Internet makes it relatively easy to share good ideas about how to prepare fish in great new ways. Members of the Alaska Fishing Forum suggested this idea of a central place for recipes. We thought it was a great idea, so here it is. We will add to this as new ideas are posted on the forum. Salmon
