King Quad oil temp light
Posted by Gary W. on Dec 23 2005
1999 King Quad---Was hauling a trailer load into cabin yesterday. Working it hard up 8" crusty snow hill. Oil temp light came on. After cresting hill I turned engine off for a few minutes and when I turned it back on the light was not lit. Soon after dumping load and heading home, light came back on and stayed on. I could see no reason for it to be running hot as it was 25 degrees out and I was running in high range.
Parked it in the garage last night thinking it would reset itself or something overnight, but the light was on again when started.
Sure would appreciate any info or past experiences anyone might have on this subject...Thanks
