Condensation? There shouldn't be any condensation build up in your motor, the only way in can get in is through the exhaust or the airbox. If you rode it in a river or creek and it stalled out then that's how the water got in the motor. I don't know too much about how the Polaris motor is built but in general, that is how it happens.
