I can't remember a commercially made anchor that you describe.
I did build and played with one several years ago.
It did not work very well.

I hammered 2-5 foot lengths of pipe, 5 feet apart @ a 45 degree angle.
A cable was attached between the two pipes, pipe "A" anchored pipe "B".
Winch cable was attached to pipe "B".

I know people who have used a car axle, they work great.
