Good lakes... Cheney, Sand, how are they?
Posted by faemystique on May 14 2006
I haven't hit Lower Fire Lake yet, might do so this evening.  I only went to Cheney lake to check it out... found it slow, difficult because several dogs were catching sticks in the water all around the lake, sure to send them scurrying to other places...

Has anyone had success in Cheney Lake?  I saw that Sand, Cheney and Lower Fire are the Pike hotspots...  Do we need a boat or canoe to be successful on these lakes?
