He was on one of those High Zoot wheelers , went on down to the beach so he could evade the cops better and a 1/4 mile after he hit the beach his motor quit him. He is resting quietly in Wildwood pretrial. He was liquered up and refused the breath test etc. That was really all that happened around Clam Gulch, NO clams this year....
