Fishing on May 12th
Posted by Steve on Apr 23 2006
Ok, I've checked the archives and I thought I knew what I wanted to do.  But now that I'm getting ready to make reservations, I'm not so sure.

I live in Wasilla and want to take my two girls (10 and 13) halibut fishing on May 12th (or so).  The wife is going to stay home, and the girls and I will motorhome down to where ever for the fishing.  I was leaning towards Seward, but then I saw something about catching Kings too off of Ninilchik.  So what do I do?  Seward?  Homer? Ninilchik?  Valdez?  And then, who to use?

First priority have fun!  Second priority halibut.  Third priority catch some kings.  And, lastly, have fun!

Distance is not a problem (i.e., Homer is good too or Valdez or that matter).

Please help!!

Steve
