If either of you in in the military make sure you check on the military charters going out from the Army Rec Camp in Seward. I've had good luck with them and they are very affordable. The Army also has outstanding facilities (cabins, camp sites, etc). There are also AF facilities there but they are not in good shape (I am AF but prefer to use the Army facilities in Seward).
