I'll tell you my .02...I switched from neo's to breathers 2 yrs ago. the lighter breathables are nice.  and you can layer under them for all day comfort.  I do a lot of float tube work, and the cooler water does give a chill, but some good fleece underwader pants work wonders.  I will also suggest "buy quality" cheepo's don't last very long....Keep fishn!!
