kodiak mid-September
Posted by AlaskanAuthor on Apr 09 2006
ADF&G opens all the rivers upstream from highway bridges September 15th. (double-check to be sure)

If the percipitation has been good and the fish flood in, that means it can be a silver bonanza.

Reserve now. This is the most popular fishery on the island. I'll put it to you this way with a quotation from a popular lodge owner,

"Bernard, I don't know what it is, but the radar system on these fish have gone nuts and they are all over the place!"
