Any tips appriciated ----Kenai & Russian

Well, we will be there soon. July 1st / July 8th. Our first trip.
some details: Our lodging is in Sterling............and we understand we will be in between runs for REDS (which is what we are after)......is it still possible to catch REDS? Are there any other locations we should try? We have a mini-van rented so travel some what we can do............
When not fishing for REDS,,,,,,,is there an area to fish for Dollies and Trout? ........or are they also in the Kenai and Russian Rivers?
Any help or advise to 5 Pennsylvania Newbies..............would greatly be appriciated...........
We are packed and ready to go..........
