If I recall correctly, they did put fry into the lake again this year. The fish and game fertilized the lake like they always do to help the vegetation in the lake for the fry (they always stop up for coffee while working on the lake). This fall I caught my largest rainbow ever while casting into a school of sockeye fry. I think they got the sockeyes from either Trail lakes or Hidden Lake Hatchery and flew them in from Soldotna.
