dollies/ grayling
Posted by geoff156 on Jun 06 2003
On the kenai peninsula for grayling, fuller lake or the resurection lakes are your only options. Fuller lake fishing is a blast on a calm wind overcast day you can catch 50-100 fish an hr. They rise so much it looks like its raining on the lake. The upper kenai river opens on june 11th for rainbows and dollies and there are several spots along the highway between sportsmans and jims landing where you can park and a short hike be at the water and fishing. Also around the soldotna and sterling area there are several lakes stocked with rainbows, kokanee and char. But for dollies you can pretty much catch them throuout the kenai river.
