Ok, I can troll with the best of them and cast a spinner to within inches (usually) of where I'm aiming but I'm afraid I don't have a clue as to what mooching is.  I've seen it mentioned here a lot but I can't find a description of the method in the archives so my guess is that it's drift fishing with bait and weight hanging straight down?  Similar to jigging?  How do you set up the tackle?

I know there is no such thing as a dumb question, but if there were, this one might qualify.  (grin)
