Ivishak River
Posted by bakerb on Aug 19 2005
DOG,

I have a WEB Site (personal use) that has some info and photos from the Ivishak.

http://www.alaska.net/~bakerb/NSlope/nslope_in2.htm

It is has been a few years since I updated it, but there are still some good photos of Ivishak fishing and region.

I am a Flyfisherman and I have had very good success on the Char (these are technically Anadromous Dolly Varden according to AK Dep F&G) using a variation of the Egg-Sucking Leech.  I have heard that a small Vibrax will work.

If you need more details, feel free to EMail me.

Benjamin K. Baker
