what actually happened? Did this bear need killing?

seems to me a bunch of pc dimwits want 'guilty until presumed innocent' instead of vica versa, which is the law.

Yea, that's it, lets put this guy in jail for a long time, but let's release this punk that killed 4 folks (3 i think were kids) in Oklahoma.
