heard it's still kinda slow, my buddies a fish biologist out of Palmer. Sounds like the hole run is slowly trickeling in.  Willow is plum FULL of pinks!  Kinda funny for an "off" year.

I was thinking of doing the same thing though I've never done this float.  I am curiuos more on the float itself.  How long of a float is it?  How's the river?  I presume you are mainly fishing any clearwater sections flowing into the river?  

As far as rigs, I like to fly fish them with fuschia bunny flies or maribou flies.
