Thinking about getting the Sirius 'boombox' as i will be in SW Alaska for 8 days in early Sept, and it would be nice to listen to the news occasionally, some tunes, but most importantly, Gator football.

Does anyone have any idea if you can pick it up in SW Alaska? We will be on the Kanektok. Sirius doesn't guarantee service in AK, they just said it might or might not work...
