but I have my chitina 2005 permit card right now in my hand and at the bottom of it it says qoute: "Return this permit to fish and game by Oct 15,2005, even if you did not fish."

So If I miss the deadline of Aug 15th Im sure I can not be fined since the permit card says otherwise?

DOnt get me wrong Jim,I turn mine in as soon as Im done for the season so I wont forget :) Im going to look for the regs on what you said and see for myself,but I thought I'd atleast point out it says differently on the permit it's self.Daniel
