You'd be better off having someone else do it.  Reason being is once you limit out for the day, those fish are not off your possession limit until they are in a freezer frozen.   You can transport them frozen however fish on ice is still considered under your posession limit.

JMHO you'd be best off finding a fish plant somewhere.  I am not sure who would hang onto your fish for you.  The cost is worth it instead of the risk of getting pinched on a technicality.  JMHO.  I'd help ya but I'm up in fairbanks and I surely cannot eat THAT much fish :D
