high and muddy but the fish are above 40 mile.  LOTS of caddis coming off, dun to slate gray size 16's and 14's with a few MONSTER tans coming off.  Monster being 8's or so, maybe bigger.  Hopefully the water will drop in the next few days, visibility was less then 2 feet using a white kayak paddle as an oar.  If you do go up and float it, there was a bunch of fish suprisingly up in the beaver ponds, places I've never seen them before, not in these  kinds of numbers.  I would suspect they'll move back into he main stream when the water starts dropping again.  Anyways, good day on the water, nothing huge, lots of animals out and about after the rain.
