Your asking for a direct drive free spooling fly reel with Disc Drag that is affordable for the purpose of utilizing it to strip cast for Salmon.  Best I could tell you is OUCH!!!!!!!!

I have owned a DXR by Orvis nice reel I do believe back in the day they were manufactured by Lamson for Orvis, but I am old so don't hold me to it.

I will have to do some checking around to see who still manufacture such a beast, and I believe you would more than likely be looking in the 200-300 dollar range!

Center-pin Reels may fit your bill, and tend to be less expensive I would start looking there.

Tight Lines!
