Fly Reels for Red
Posted by Dean Denter on May 19 2005
Attempting at getting a decent fly reel for reds this year, I fish real fast water and tired of breaking knuckles on my cheap reels.  Wonder if anyone had a suggestion?  Cost is always a consideration but willing to spend a little more if it will last me more than a couple of seasons.

...I normally put 40lbs Ande Mono on my reel which has worked great.

Thanks

Dean
