Big Halibut Early
Posted by Hoosier Daddy on May 16 2005
Never Expected to catch a Halibut this big, this early, but I pulled in a 72" 200lb Halibut this weekend out of central Prince William Sound.  Mostly went out there just to run the boat and maybe get a line or 2 wet, much to my surprise, I caught the biggest Halibut of my life.  40 minutes of sheer torture getting her in but man was it worth it.  I think the fishing is just starting to take off.  Good luck all, let's kick some haliBUT's.

Next: Coordinate swap ? SENTINEL May 18 2005
