The Chatillions are probably the very best. They can get corroded though if you don't take decent care of them. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way :)

I also have a NO Rust, No Fail scale from Cardoza Creations that I've used for 3-4 seasons now. I've taken a number of clients' fish in to be certfied and it always seems to be within a few ounces (at 50+ pounds) of what certified scales say.
