I'm tending to learn toward it IF there's not a likelihood that there could be problems with fuel spills.  I wonder if some of the people who are against it are that way because they have boats that have all the range they need and don't want to see more boats where they go once the smaller boats have the ability to refuel out there.  I'd probably feel the same way.  

One one hand, I think that being able to refuel out there would make things safer because people would be less likely to run out of fuel.  On the other hand, I'll bet that some people (because of lack of experience or too small of a boat) would find themselves going further out where they'd find themselves in bigger seas and in worse trouble.  Personally, I'd like to have the option of refueling at Knight Island.  I'll bet fuel prices would be pretty spendy, though.
