There are several groups that meet during the Winter (most of us fish during the Summer).  Admittedly, many of these groups are just an informal group of friends, however, there are a couple of places where regular classes/meetings take place.  

Check with Howard Van Ness (Alaska Fly Shop) or Richard "Moose" Mousseau (North Pole Archery) for information on fly tying.
