Anyone use the Bradley smoker to cold smoke fish?  I just purchase one after tasting some awesome cold smoked salmon.  This method called for keeping the temp under 100 degrees.  Seem the Bradley smoker heat to 125 without the temperature control turned to its lowest setting and even unplugged..........

Anyone have thoughts or experiences of their own?
