They are catchable but they bite better in the morning or evenening. Befoe 9 am and 9pm ish Its a hike but you need to go to the true mouth of the Willow though. Not the main beach at the landing. Throw orange/silver pixies and pink wet flys. You will catch chum but the silvers will be there. Fish the silt line. (clear water meets the cloudy). Please catch what you need then leave.
