Step 1 clean surface with an acid wash, zepalum, DP503, etc.
Step 2 wash surface off completely.
Step 3 While still wet apply Conditioner DP 533 according to directions on bottle.
Step 4 Let completely dry after applying conditioner and washing off.
Step 5 Paint with a two part epoxy primer paint PPG 40LF or equivilent.
Step 6 Paint with your favorite color.

Most important is to get aluminum acid washed and conditioned before applying paint.
