pull the trigger

My experience up here is that Boat Show prices aren't necessarily much better than regular prices, but at least purchasing now you can put aside whether you'll have a boat this summer.  No doubt you've accounted for additional expenses of rigging the new boat rigged with electronics, kicker motor, inflatable dingy, downriggers, etc. New boats do depreciate in value after the first soak, some more than others. IMHO life's too short to worry about saving a few bucks on the hope that a boat comes on the market in the future. Sounds like you've done your homework and figured out what boat you want.  Buy it and enjoy the heck out of it!
