Hello Murphy

Haven't been on the forums 4 a while... My bizzzy time!

I will tell you very honestly --- neither of these boats mentioned so far are even remotely close to being ideal for three guys, weeks gear, plus trying to heft even one moose.

Boats are fitting and not too bad on quality & pricewise --- however... sizewise insufficient!

I think you are much better off renting an adequate boat (self-bailer or cat) for the shorter term and also to hands on experience what you may like for future purchases.

Here is some info you'll find useful w/ out all the specs (but a link to the specs) in common language.

Your price range only sort of gets you started...  accessories necessary & not will add up!

Best wishes and good trip -
Brian
