I have a book coming out later this year entitled, "Float Hunting Alaska's Wild Rivers".  It contains reviews of around 50 rivers across the state, some of which fit your criteria.  The publisher is Chris Batin / Alaska Hunter Publications, and he is telling me that the book will be out before the end of the year.
