battery sw.
Posted by Rutting Moose on Mar 24 2005
What I do is odd number days my battery switch is on #1, even days battery switch on #2.
It is true you can charge 2 batteries at the same times. BUT ONLY If THEY ARE VERY GOOD BATTERIES, BIG $$$$$$$, or use a battery Isolator.
I personally do not recommend leaving the switch on both, IF you have a problem, that drains your battery and your switch is on both you could have 2 dead batteries.
You said the old battery was 2 years old. I would replace it, for no reason other than cheap insurance.
