Has some good info on anodes. It is an aluminum boat forum. It seems we (that have alum boats in salt water) NEED to get or make a "corrosion meter" and the key seems to be keeping the voltage between the boat and ground between 0.9 and 1.1 volts. Either more or less voltage will result in corrosion. This link also has some info on how many feet of "zincs" are needed for particular boat lengths, but I think it is only a general guide. "Read your meter" seems to be the LAW.  cheers. j
