Hunt interior Alaska for moose, caribou and sheep with Mt. Hayes Air, Inc.

Delta Junction is located 30 miles north of the Alaska Range. This is where most of our hunting is done, but we do have some camps in the Goodpaster Drainage. We have drop-off hunts, as well as completely outfitted hunts.

All camping equipment is provided by a local equipment rental business. We provide  support to a registered guide, for those who want a guided hunt for Grizzly Bear, Caribou and/or Moose.

Hunt prices vary, depending on which camp you choose and the amount of equipment you have, or want to rent. All hunts have a base price plus a trophy fee. Some of the camps are best suited for two hunters, while others can accommodate a party of four.

Most of the flying is done with Super Cub type aircraft. In order to assure safety, weight is a major concern. Maximum load limit for passengers and baggage is 250 lbs. Extra trips are charged on a per trip basis not to exceed 250 lbs per trip.
