Our camps are located in the fall breeding valleys and in the fall migration routes of the moose. Some of the camps are located on ridge tops and some are located in upper river valleys. Antler size is in the 40 to 60 inch range, with an average in the 50 inch range. Our moose season runs from September 1st to the 15th in the Goodpaster Area, and Sept 1st thru the 20th in our other areas. Guided hunts for moose may involve travel by river boat or 4-wheeler as well as Super Cub. The river hunt may finish the season with a two-day float trip to close out camp and fill any tags that may be left. The experience of the float trip and the fishing on the way are an adventure you won't soon forget. The moose hunting areas have a healthy population of grizzly bears.
