ok, where are the fuses..

ok, here is the problem...i have beeen told that my 4 wheeler is an early 2004 model...sooo, teh fuses are inside the ecm adn are not resetting since they are blown....i've been told also that there are possibly fuses under the headlight or near my battery....i cannot find one by the battery...nor have i found the one under the headlight....have any idea's....
