I actually wanted to get the 24 foot Alaskan that Spoiled One has for sale on the Swap and Sell Forum.... until I looked at the price of houses in Sitka.  WTF is with that?  So... no, I don't have 50K for a boat... not unless I can come up with about 400K for your guy's housing market down there.

Thanks for the advice though.
