My truxedo cover is great!!  4 yrs and still in great shape!!  Easy to install, no drilling just 6 bolts and your on your way.  Tehy only place it "leaks" is at the front 2 corners.  I could probably put some silicon up there and it would be fine.  so little water gets in there that it doesn't bother me.
