2000 Super Wide Track Stator help

My Super Wide is down. My Stator voltage is real low and i need to replace it. In the middle of no where of course. I just ordered the puller what else helps. Is heat the only thing needed to break the thread locker? Anything necessary to do when remounting the plate and Stator? Any and all comments would be appreciated. Tom
