Update

Trails have been marked all the way to Skwentna. Some of the stakes have already been "picked" off, but most remain (seems as though some riders think they are supposed to ride from stake to stake, quite literally). Hardly enough snow to warrant grooming this year, but the trail is great. If I were going to move freight this year, I would not wait as usual, trails don't get much better than they are right now. Very little open leads and only a couple of areas of overflow. Overflow was mostly in the side sloughs, nothing on the main trails. -11 this morning, so more ice in the making.
