I don't know the name of the place, but there is a place that rents atv's in downtown Wasilla. Tell your brother its next door to Tri-River tackle store on the RR tracks. Can't miss it. Be prepared to spend some bucks!!
Good ride for a few hours would be up the ridge on Baldy off of Shrock Road. Good mountain trail.
