Camp Anaconda
Posted by K.P. on Jul 26 2005
I got back in November of this year.  I was one of the unlucky Air Force Civil Engining members assighned to an Army Engineering batallion. We trained at camp Virgina Kuwait, convoyed all over the country, and ducked the constant rocket and mortar attacks at Cmp Anaconda. Convoying was an adventure in it's self-but just going to the shower was even more dangerous!

I have since retired after 20 years in the AF. If I had wanted to be an Army Rifleman I would have joined the Army.
