I was a little hard on the Polaris dealer in my first post. Since then the dealer thought about it and called me back. He's sending his service manager to my home in the morning and they're uncrating another new 400 and bringing it with. If this isn't a quick fix they're going to give me another quad! Now that's service!

I don't know if this will be edited out or not, but I'd like to mention the dealer - Hatchers Pass Polaris. The problem I had is unusual and I doubt it's their fault. To handle it this way earns my trust and and I would recommend them to anyone considering a Polaris.
