  Thank You for the reply.  I believe that I located possible problem being water getting to plug wire resulting in low voltage to plug or possible grounding of spark back to ATV.  WD-40'd all connections and found a broken spark plug wire replacing that and waiting to put it to the test again.  Will update if this works.
