Try riding near the Eurka Roadhouse, we rode there last year for the first time and we had a blast. You can ride all the way to the Little Nelchina River, about 16 miles or so and you can camp by the river or camp at the gravel pit by the highway.  It's a pretty easy trail and their 320's should handle it ok. If you can hold out until Sunday, you could camp and ride out at Eklutna Lake, thats about a 19 mile ride all the way back towards the glacier but you can only ride wheelers Sunday through Wendesday. Hope this helps.
