Permante trail work? april 29
Posted by erik h on May 01 2005
I'm Erik, and new to the thread. I was just on Permante (? Spelling ?) this weekend, and it was just managable. Still alot of snow, and you had to work through some spots, but in about another week it should be good.

I made it the creek by the tricky rock slide area. The Rock slide is impassable. A little work, and it could be done.

I would like to find 5 to 10 people who would be willing to put some work in to clear the slide, put some errosion control in, and make the trail passable. Any takers can email me at haugen@alaska.net
