I love shooting the big calibers but had to go to a muzzle brake due to a shoulder injury. I highly recommend the Gentry brake, I have several boomers that have a Gentry on them and they shoot like a dream. My 375 H&H is very tolerable from the bench with that brake and I do like to shoot my rifles year round. Just a suggestion from a middle aged guy that still likes the big stuff. Good Luck!
