CRPF

You're not seeing double. In the "controlled round push feed" the bottom part of the rebated bolt face rim (the part between the lugs that picks up new cartridges from the magazine) is cut away. The extractor is located in a cutout in one of the lugs and is similar if not the same as the post-64 push feed. As the bolt moves forward the base of the cartridge is captured as in a CRF and slides up into the rebated portion thru the cutout slot and the rim is engaged under the extractor. This is a CRF-PF hybrid that allows for single round feeding without the bind-up experienced with most CRF/Mauser type bolts when trying to manually, single round feed directly into the chamber.
